Horrible staff. Horrible apt. Horrible area. Horrible cockroaches everywhere. Horrible mice eating into my food. Horrible. Horrible. They stole my depsoit and claimed I hadn't cleaned thoroughly enough. I walked the apt with the office manager and she never said anything. Liars. Thieves. Dumbasses.

These apartments look nothing like advertised. Nothing is ever fixed and Cory is basically a waste of management but he's not alone the whole office staff needs to be replaced. I'm in the process of attempting to have someone from the outside investigate the complex bc something truly needs to be done. For what they charge better living conditions are needed. And the crime is out of control.

So disappointed with these apartments. They charge an arm & leg for some ran down bs and it's not fair to the ones who are paying their rent faithfully but can not get them to fix anything. My air has been broken for several months now, my tub is cracked getting water all over but maintenance came looked at it said he would be back and it's a month later and I still haven't saw him back. I fell like my apartment is falling apart and the only answers they provide is THE OWNER DOES'NT WANNA SPEND MONEY ON THE PROPERTY. NOVEMBER CAN'T COME FAST ENOUGH

I don't know why they are advertising pools when this property does NOT open the pools. The pools have not been open all summer. When I asked Ana why she stated the owner doesn't want to pay for the pumps. False advertisement!!! Management is so rude and disrespectful to the tenants. Everything is broken and they never come fix it when you make a work order. I live in a building where I am the only tenant and the rest of the building appears to be abandoned, as well as the majority of the buildings. When people move out they never come to clean the apartment. Three people have moved out of my building since I've lived here(that should have been a sign) and nobody has come to clean the apartments. This is sad! It is roach infested and nasty. I cannot wait until my lease is up to move and I'm not taking ---- with me!!! DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I live at crosswinds and this is what the pool looks like as of today, June 15, 2016. It is not sparkling blue oasis, it is a green and black cesspool.

Like other reviews, its really dangerous at night here. Gun shots, Drug dealers, etc. The office staff is horrendous, the worst I've ever dealt with. I tried to report my a/c being out, and the manager hung up on me. When I confronted him in the office, he pretended like it never happened (despite the fact he told me his name and said how may i help you when i called) like how insane is that? Don't move here unless its this or being homeless. Its that bad. Roaches and insects are a never ending problem and maintenance is awful. I also got my car towed after it only being parked 32 hours on a weekend because I didn't have a parking sticker yet ( a policy that wasn't in effect when I moved in, I didn't even realize how stringent it is) Tried to get some sort of recompense from the manager, and got nothing of course. Running away as far as I can after I leave here.

Horrible place !!! Do not rent here manager will be nice to you only when you are singing the contract otherwise they are super rude

Overall this place sucks. They look descent and quiet in the day time but when it gets dark it's gun shooting, arguments and just unsafe environment. Management don't care, they change payment monthly and take your money. I've been here 2 months and haven't received any mail until I received a notice on my door stating our mail is being held at the outside post office so I can't get mail at my apartment. AC haven't work since I've been here.

So, the trash was overflowing the containers for at 9 days..all 5 dumpsters. The tenants receive a notice expressing that WE ARE RESPONSIBLE for it because 90% of the tenants don't pay their MANDATORY FIXED WATER BILL! Now, the trash has been picked up 3X a week but all of a sudden is OUR FAULT. From now on, when your rent is paid only, Cory Cunningham will apply to your water bill 1st to prevent the trash bill from going unpaid!! The BEST PROFESSIONAL MANAGER EVER!! Keep in mind 40% of the units are vacant! These are some DUMPS and need to apply for FEDERAL ASSISTANCE since they are mishandling funds!

I don't want to discourage anyone that's interest in moving here, but I will express my experience here. Rent: Goes up every renewal for $50 Water: Fixed fee for 1 bdr 25.55 & 2 bdr 75.55. You must wait at least 30mins between showering. NO HOT WATER Electronic Gate: works sometimes and there's been mornings that we were unable to exit for work! However, the directory doesn't work and they want the tenants to walk to the gate to allow their visitors in. Driveway: has Potholes that you must dodge unless you're in a 4x4 Appliances: Outdated don't get trick my the photos that are shown. Maintenance: you can place a work order and they will come look at the issues. However, it's always an OUTSIDE CONTRACTOR that NEVER COMES! A/C: freezes up and they want to control your thermostat. Paint: The CONTRACTORS leaves paint on the mirrors and cabinets so it's looks UNPROFESSIONAL! Mailboxes: have been broken into and management isn't thinking of repairing them. You will need a PO BOX for important mail. Pool: opens per Management discretion! When it's open, the hrs are 3-8pm! Keep in mind that this is Market rent, No Sec 8 nor Tax Credit. Management Personnel: are friendly until you start bringing issues to their attention. They require much from tenants but arent doing their job to live up to their slogan "There's No Place like Home"! So, if you want to live here, come see for yourself!
