The Catalyst is beautiful and the staff is awesome! I would highly recommend this apartment home to anyone looking to live a great modern lifestyle. The views are amazing and the grounds are always nice and clean! If you are looking for a new place, you should call Amber Smith. She gave me a tour and is the sweetest ever! Dovey and Nat are great as well!

Maintenance repairs and management involvement is non-existent. No follow up with several maintenance requests. Management not very involved with issues. No response from management staff when there are issues.

I have enjoyed my experience living at Catalyst. Amber has been there every step of the way and ensured my time has been perfect! From the leasing office staff to the concierge, they have made Catalyst my home.

Ashley the agent I dealt with was very nice. I love the place. I have a small one bedroom that is quiet and clean. The views are great. The gym is fantastic. I feel like I am at a resort....the pool is gorgeous with the landscaping. The front desk folks are helpful and friendly. I rent cars on occasion and have never had a problem finding a parking spot. The elevators can get a bit busy on the weekends, but I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. I am 57, so at the older end of the demographics at the Catalyst. But that is not an issue. The young wiper snappers are well mannered and friendly. There are quite a few dogs, but the dogs are well behaved, too. I have never heard barking at night when in my unit. I am safe and happy.

Very easy process, helpful and accommodating. The Catalyst is a beautiful property with amazing views and awesome amenities. I chose the Catalyst for various reasons. Dovie the leasing consultant was so welcoming and made me feel at home the first day we met. The apartment I chose has in my opinion the best views of the city and the stadium. Everyone in the property is super nice. At the Concierge desk everyone is nice, Matt is my favorite. The valet staff is also super sweet.
