Moved in 3 mos. ago. Apartment flooded last Wednesday. One maintenance said it was a gutter, and someone else said it is coming from under the wall but not sure why/where from. Water continued to come into apartment after this weekends rains. Has brown on walls now. The carpet is wet. Water is in kids room. They came and extracted the water but they cannot find where the leak is coming from. Now it is raining and mgmt. is telling her there is nothing they can do until the weather dries up. Compl

Request for Fire Inspector/Building Department - 1475 Gears Rd # 2312 at the Green Oaks Apartment complex HFD E084 responded to a check for flooding call at 1475 Gears Rd in unit #2312 at the Green Oaks Apartment complex, Key Map 372N. We arrived on location and an occupant in Apartment 2312 on the 3rd floor stated they were trying to hang a TV and in the process, it appeared they drilled through sprinkler line. Initially with all of the water spraying out, we were not sure if it was a domestic

The property is located across the street of the apartments at 1475 Gears road, Houston, Texas. These apartments when in the development stages supported by Mayor Sylvester Turner. And looking across the street at the empty dumping property may not be so positive for the potential apartment clients or the feel of safety for them.IÆm asking for some effort
