Kanesha was a pleasure to speak with concerning the Camden! She was very professional, knowledgeable & just down right nice! Every question I had she had an answer for. Very useful can't wait to move in!

The safety in the complex has become a serious problem. For the second time within a year an unaccompanied child was chased by some creep, both times the kids were lucky to escape. Last Christmas a number of cars were broken into and burglarized. One of the gates is constantly broken and wide open but the management prefers to work with the contractor which takes a week or two before the gate is repaired. The leasing office did not inform the tenants about the recent case of potential child kidnapping FOR SEVERAL DAYS. Today early in the morning a car crashed into a pillar of one building causing material damage, nobody was hurt this time. What's next I don't even want to think.

I would highly recommend Camden Woodson Park to anyone who is currently looking for a new place in this area. My cousin lives in this property and every time I come over the place is CLEAN, quiet and the people who work here are very friendly. I myself am considering moving here when my lease is up due to the accessibility of the highway and how close it is to everything. The shopping center across the highway has most of the stores that I shop at on a regular basis and a lot of new restaurants have been opened within a mile radius. The community has a nice pool with a swim-up bar to their outdoor kitchen, their gym is in good condition with operable equipment and the best part is they have a dog area to let your dog loose to run and a wash station in case you don't want to bathe your dog in your tub. If you're looking for an apartment they have some really nice people in the office that will help you.

I've lived here for 6 months now and I love it. The staff is responsive and attentive. They are very active on our community message board providing updates and tips, and hosting events during the holiday. I've even received small thank you gifts for being a resident. Maintenance is fast in addressing issue. I've had two minor request since living here and maintenance staff responded within minutes and addressed the issue the same day. The noise is minimal. Outside of the noise you'd expect to hear in an apartment it's quiet. I love the layout and size of the apartment. Improvements that I'd recommend would be additional visitor parking and addressing the semi trucks parked along Summer Palmetto Drive. Outside of that I've enjoyed the community.

I have been over a year now and my overall experience has been positive. There has always been ample parking. Even when I have arrive late at night. The apartments are typically quiet. Once in awhile there are some noisy cars but I noticed the management has been quick to address the issue. The management team has always been helpful. I mainly dealt with Michelle Schick but the others have been just as helpful. The only two reasons I can see leaving are because I bought a house or my job relocated me.

My experience at Camden Woodson Park has been very satisfying. It is an excellent community and it was recommended to me by a friend. The maintenance is great and the swimming pool is excellent. The media room is quiet and relaxing and there is a good view from the conference room.

I thoroughly enjoy living here! The Leasing and Maintenance Teams go above and beyond for us residents. I recieve little cute notes and gifts at my front door that puts a smile on my face when I arrive home late from work. During Harvey I was unable to get home for a few days, Michelle the leasing consultant was more than willing to make sure my dog was comfortable, feed, walked and safe! They still have a special bond. Laverne the community manager has always been there to fulfill my needs and help me with any questions, Taryn always has a smile on her face when going into the office. The Maintenance Team, well they are AWESOME! They will help you with ANYTHING, they are truly the BEST!

We moved into the Camden in December 2017. The staff is very nice and helpful, as well as the maintenance team. Maintenance issues are handled very quickly, which is quite impressive! They keep the landscaping nice all the time and they listen to their tenant's concerns. What I really like about this Camden is that the group page is transparent- meaning that they don't hide anything and allow open dialogue between the staff and tenants. Most apartments don't do this and make it seem like everything is great. Trust is everything and Camden Woodson Park definitely has mine.

Horrible! There's vandalizism often and racism as well! You are not allowed to have certain pets no matter if they tell you you can before signing your contract!

Excellent property. Staff is extremely on top of it. If there does ever happen to be an issue, which is very rare, it is extremely evident the staff will do whatever it takes to quickly resolve the issue. The grounds are gorgeous and they are constantly making improvements to keep it up to date and looking good!
