The two new managers are a freakin JOKE! One if them is just ------ as hell and the other is a sarcastic --- floozy! I've been here for 13 months and the old managers were way better or way more professional! No one is ever on the same page with rent and late fees or anything for that matter including new policies.. I wouldn't waste my time coming here if I were you! 3 break ins with a weapon in the last 8 months and who knows how many car break ins! Police are always here cause there's so much illegal stuff going on. Do yourself a favor and keep lookin!

If you are looking for a nice place to live, then keep it moving bekause Polo Klub isnt the place for u. When i signed the lease i we were told that no nose nice place to move in from the stoffe. i nevar been late a day on rant the frist day im moven in im moven my stof in from my truke im comen out to get my stofe my truke been towed and my stofe in it the truke door ar opean all what i have in side my truke cost me $300 to get my truke back and stay to 4 am get in my truke from the towed missd day of work this anther $120 whin i talk the stoffe thay say thay whill gev me my maony back i nevar get any thing back and i was joust moven to houston dont have moany in bank i charg it on criadt card and thay ching mangers whin i goo talk to her she talk to me not nice with loud voice and vary roud and she say you barkin on ron spoot this why you get towed i say i dont bark i was moven my stoffe in to my apt and i best off and i lifet You kan tell that the apartment had been previously broken into bekause of the broken wood by the locks. We told the office and they didnt do a thing! My roommate's door wouldnt lock and our oven was smoking when you turned it on and the washer machine didnt work. It took them about 2 weeks to even kum and fix a single thing. The maintainence doesnt do a thing aroud there and the management doesnt do anything but sit back and suck up people's money. They towed my kar bekause they were repainting the parking spaces lines and they sent us a letter to our door telling us to move our kar to the other side of the property but what they failed to tell us was that we had to move the kar back to the other side of the property the next day before 8 oklock in the morning or we would get towed. I feel that they had a deal with the tow truck service. I kould go on and on all day about how sorry their management is. Absoluely horrible place to live and I'm not sum renter that's mad for not paying rent, these problems were real! And I believe that the management should get investigated instead of the residents.

If you are looking for a nice place to live, then keep it moving bekause Polo Klub isnt the place for u. When we signed our lease we were supposed to move in on the 12th. when we got there and had our furniture there and ready to be put in, they tell us that we were never registered for the apt that we were told that we were to move in. they sd it wasnt ready and we had to wait a week and the apartment still wasnt ready so they assigned us another apartment. We had to pay a transfer fee to switch the lights from the old apt to the new one, and they said they will pay us back the transfer fee which was straight up --------! We were late 2 days and they put a boot on the door and charged us an extra $100 to get the boot off along with our rent. The wall was poorly painted, I was at war with the roaches for weeks. You kan tell that the apartment had been previously broken into bekause of the broken wood by the locks. We told the office and they didnt do a thing! My roommate's door wouldnt lock and our oven was smoking when you turned it on and the washer machine didnt work. It took them about 2 weeks to even kum and fix a single thing. I lived at the polo club from 3/06-6/06 the carpet wasnt put down right in th main room I did mark that down on my move in sheet. now the did come by and switch out a draw but the ccarpet they never came and fixed and i found out why.. when it rained heavy the rain came into my bedroom and it smelled bad. a woman rain over her husband and they also found a body.. I would suggest that you do a police report on apartments that your looking at. I wouldnt recommend these apartments to anyone. There was a couple up stairs always fighting and arguine you could hear every word. The gate was always broken. the price for that location was was bad there was no management office at this location, only in the first section
