The apartments are ok. The maintenance is prompt, usually coming in no less than a day. They have pest control come upon request once a week and the neighbors are friendly. However, when I first moved in there was a bug problem. Ants, roaches, spiders, you name it and all this happened within the first month of so of my arrival, so I could tell the apartment was not properly fumigated before I was moved in. There's also some mold growing in the bathroom and there was a water stain growing on my bathroom ceiling and I'm pretty sure all they did was throw some paint in it but it's good enough for the price. I wish they'd be more vigilant about trash in the community, the dumpsters are sometimes closed and often overflowing.

MAA is a great community for dog owners and pets clean, quiet , well cared and manicured very nicely spaced. I have enjoyed the year and half trying to convince other family to give a try to ---- here

Parking is limited. The complex is flooded with outside guest at all hours. Motor vehicle burglaries are picking up in this complex. The amenities are generally over crowded. The apartments have ants and spiders all the time. No matter how much your unit is treated. And the units are very low quality. My cabinet doors constantly fell off.

The apartment complex takes very good care of the residents. When a maintenance issue arises, it is taken care of by the staff immediately. They also keep the grounds looking very beautiful. It is also very quiet and peaceful here. In my eleven years living here I have never had any issues. However, I do know there have been vehicle break-ins and tires taken off vehicles in the past. I presume this happens at a lot of apartment complexes. Overall, I have been very happy and satisfied here, otherwise I would have moved a long time ago and not stayed here eleven years.

The community is nice, quiet and mostly unproblematic. I don't believe I have had any issues that would warrant a bad review of the community. I have enjoyed living here for the past 2 years and have met multiple other tenants who have lived here for over 5 years.

The staff and maintenance are very helpful and professional. Living here at this community has been pleasant. It is a secure place to live at, community is quiet, easy access to grocery store, freeways.

Quiet property, quick response maintenance team, very well kept. Most office personnel is kind and sweet. They do have a community calendar with events and even food trucks that come out on certain days which is a great option for people on the go.

Major issue was my car being stolen once and broken into a second time and car being towed even though I had a permit sticker. We should have been advised that the stickers were no longer valid when notified that we were required to register our vechicle with onsite parking.

We’ve lived here since the beginning of the year, and honestly, it has been one of the most stressful, exhausting experiences we have ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. From the very start, its been nothing but issues. When we moved in, there were things that needed fixing nothing was done. We went to the office to ask for repairs and were met with rude, dismissive attitudes. No help, no solutions, just attitude. After leaving an honest review about our experience, the manager called me. Not to apologize or fix anything — but to manipulate me into changing the review so it would not hurt their image. She promised they would dreplace the toilet if I updated the post. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. Fast forward to last night: our car which we have had parked in the same spot for two months, was towed. Just gone. My husband woke up to find it missing. When we called the office, they told us it was because the vehicle wasn’t properly. How does that make sense after two months of it being parked in the same place? I was literally crying on the phone, explaining that it was our only car and begging for help. Lisa’s response? Cold, careless, and completely lacking empathy. She told me to deal with the towing company myself and hung up mid-conversation, saying she didn’t have time to go back and forth. I hateve tried to explain to them how stressful living here has been, that I be willing to break the lease just to get out. Her response? She told me to call at another time. I can’t be on the phone all day. There is zero compassion, zero accountability, and absolutely no respect for tenants here. They talk down to you, hang up on you, and flat-out ignore you if you show up in person. This place has been a nightmare.
