This is the 2nd time I'm reporting a water leak at my address 14467 Platzer Dr. Houston, TX 77045. Water is pooling on the sidewalk. Even in 100 degree weather the water did not dry up. There is definitely a leak somewhere. My waterbill has been consistently above $70 each month. Please send service to this address as soon as possible.
