I highly recommend running away from this complex as fast as you can. We have lived here for 4 years and are getting out, even though it means we are breaking the lease. They do not respond to maintenance requests until you have called for at least one month, and then only when you speak to the manager. I did without a large burner on the stove for a month, a dishwasher for a month, mold from the upstairs leaking water heater, lost everything in storage including my children's baby beds, and the list goes on. They did not like that we are moving ahead of time, abandoning our lease since they have broken it repeatedly, so every time anyone calls them regarding us, they give us a bad review, saying we are "problem tenants". We are the problems? As I listen to the gun shots, (yes, a boy was killed in the parking lot behind us 2 years ago, it was in the news), as I try to fix my car from where it broken into and things stolen from it ... as I struggle not to trip over the wrinkles in the stained filthy carpet (from hurricane Ike, they never fixed it) ... I have to wonder how I was a problem. All I ever did was all and ask them to fix a problem ... and gawd forbid, I actually had the nerve to expect them to fix it! Shame on me!

I have lived here three years and considering moving.When I first moved here it was okay. management has changed and is very poor.The units are not kept up. It takes more than a month to get things repaired and sometimes longer. But they want their rent on time. The grounds are poorly kept,pot holes in the parking lot, even at the entrance gates. Stray cats all over. They don't get the grounds treated for pest.I would not recommend this place to anyone. You can't found out who owns these apartments. They won't give you this information in the office.Everyone in the office is lazy except for Pedro. They are working him to death.

THESE APT USE TO BE AWESOME>>I LIVED HERE FOR 4YRS>>>...THE 3RD YR.SUM 1 BROKE IN MY CAR..THE LAST YR SUM1 TRIED TO BREAK IN MY HOME..I WENT TO THE OFFICE TO LET THEM KNOW I WAS LEAVING..THEY ALLOWED ME TO GO..BUT THEY HAVE JUST MOVED ANY AND EVERYTHING IN..AS IF IT WAS HOUSIN AND I DONT DO HOUSING....

The apartment manager is very unprofessional, rude and dishonest. As hot as the record breaking 2011 summer was in houston texas,my air conditioner broke down over 5 times and the maintenance personnel could not fix the problem due to the management dragging its feet in replacing the A/C unit. Their solution was a temporay fix eac time till when next it broke down and I would call. When it rained very heavily once, I discovered two wet spots on the ceiling over the dinnig table. I was very concerned being that I stayed on the top floor(3rd)and touching the spots seemed like they could cave in on further rainfall. Maintenance solution to the problem was paint over the spots. I was never able to use my balcony which was one of the reasons I took the apartment. It had structural cracks on the floor which the manager promised will be corrected immediately but she never adressed it. I'll be moving out shortly when my lease is up.

we lived here for almost a year but this is the worst apt i ever lived..TOO MANY ROACHES AND STRAY CATS IN THE PARKING LOT..Cant talked to people from leasing office starting from the manager they are all ------- except PEDRO...i wonder why he stays there till now..they are not listening to tenants complaints...no action at all
