I'm living on this complex apartments since 2015, on the beginning when I came to live here I wasn't to sure but I didn't have enough money to get something better but now I'm thinking different because we have a new management whos taking care of us, they been remodeling all units, they recently replaced all exterior lights and looks amazing during night time, people and kids stay outside playing, they replaced all roofing and still painting exterior, the new manager it`s amazing she knows how to take care of our needs, the girls in office are amazing as well and of course the maintenance staff are very friendly and they working so hard to take care of everything, now I can say that they have a real leader on top and the followers are happy to work with a leader, anyway I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX !!! Thank you SEDONA APARTMENTS !!!

I've been living here for 4 years and this will be my last year! They recently got a new management. Now its Sedona Apartments. They decided to remodel the complex but the job was never finished. Looks so Tacky! There are gigantic potholes that haven't been fixed they just keep getting biggher and bigger. They never take the trash out on time the dumpsters are always full which attracts raccoons all through the night. None of the old staff members work here anymore and I don't blame them. The new Manager and staff are very rude. They give you ugly looks when you come in the office and don't even bother to greet you! I've had several bad encounters with all of them. The old staff was way better. They were always very polite and helpful. And it seems like they're letting just anybody move in. I've never had a problem with loud neighbors until now. I even hear gunshots out my bedroom window at night. The new management

Horrible. Someone keeps braking in to the apartments and taking the cars money evrything and the management has done nothing they took my car my rent money and my husbands tools from his van their cameras suck you can't see anything only a person but the face is not clear

My mother & I have been living here for quite some time. When we moved into our current apt. the closet doors had screws around the top. After a while the hinge broke off & guess what.....THEY SCREWED BACK TOGETHER. And it happened again. More screws. We requested to have the doors replaced......AND WE GOT MORE SCREWS!!!! You need to update your website to include that if something breaks, you'll screw it back. I feel that the management here is worried about one thing & that's taking your money!!!!!! The maintenance guys are good to a point.

I won't be like the rest of the reviews and say this is the wort apartments because that's not true. Ive been here almost 1 year and dont think its that bad I've lived in worst. Some people in the leasing office are wonderful, except for one girl, all she does is sit there and look cute. Minus that the apartments are quite and peaceful. What I don't like about the apartments though are when I leave to go to work, I come out to cars parked by fire hydrants and the firelanes. Also the matinence its hard to get them to come by to fix thing, unless you talk to the managers then they will come out same day and really fix what's wrong.

Fox Pointe Apartment is the worst apartment I have ever seen. This is not an exaggeration at all. I lived here for 1 year, which was like a night mare, so I know what I am saying. I initially thought of breaking my lease agreement after my 3rd month of staying in the apartment but I later decided to endure till the expiration of the agreement because I did not want my credit history to be negatively affected. The apartment is not well taking care off, we see stray cats here and there, and the worst part of it is that those cats excrete on the staircase, residents' door way and other areas. I also got tired of fumigating my flat because of cockroaches and other bad insects. The materials they use on their rooms and kitchen are inferior, it got to a stage that I was fed up of calling them for one repair or the other, so I started fixing some of the things that break down in my flat. Also, the management has no integrity, they make false statement in other to justify themselves, I am really disappointed in them not only because they did not keep to their word/promise the day I got the key, but also because they lied to extort me and eat the security deposit I paid to them.

I am not sure why I pay for parking when every morning when I leave I come out to cars parked by fire hydrants and in ALL the firelanes.

OMG!!!!! This apartment complex is the worst of the worst when it come to getting things fix, they charged you all this money and the roof always licking, apartment is so dirty, and cockroach are all over the walls but the management never do nothing about it. And please don't try to go and complain about your roof licking to the manager because she won't do nothing about it. This apartment is infected with molds because the of the water coming from the roof but the manager won't do nothing about. Please stay away from this apartment, you better off staying at the dumping site then here.

These apartments are in decent condition. I lived here from 2010-2015. In the beginning, maintenance was not very efficient and management was not at its best. When they had a new management company take over, changes started happening drastically. Now, maintence is very efficient and get service requests done asap. Management has changed and the office staff is a lot more helpful than before. I haven't had any pest control issues during my stay here. My service request issues are low and they have security and cameras now that make it a lot more visible to see at night. I am a single mother and my daughter and I have enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a spacious apartment at a VERY reasonable price.
