I have enjoyed living at this community. I look forward to greater and bigger things yet to come. I would love for the walkways and the brick to be power washed. It appears to have mold on the exterior.

Horrible! Everything was poorly fixed upon move in, and still breaking?management changed again, raccoons all over in trees and balconies at night. Nice quiet community but major upgrades are needed.

I am in love with my community , love Jessica ,Laura , Jaq , and Juan . All of the maintenance crew is knowledgeable and helpful . I have not experienced any rude neighbors and property is clean for the most part . Love my community!

It has been a less than stellar experience but I do appreciate the office staff's efforts to make things right. They need to update the internet with AT&T and when calling for pest control I don't feel as though I should be questioned since I am paying for the service.

I had a good time here, no complaints. Very good value for the money. Good maintenance overall and the staff always helped me. Amenities could be better, but the pool area is great. Not a great location for entertainment.

There had been changes with management over the years but I never had a problem. The only problem was people moving in that made a good living community questionable. Overall, it is a great community.

Was wonderful in the beginning for about 5 years until the first management change, from thereon it has become progressively worse with the current management being the worst in my experience of luxury apartment living. Moving out!

Very nice and clean. Organized and professional office staff. Only been a 2 months, but love the trash pickup at door. Very nice on inside of apartment. Love the storage space outside patio Very clean fitness area

My first year or two was nice. But for the last two years I have lived in hell.The neighbors above me have caused me to live in hell with a dog that runs all night and bark all night and day. Mgmt. Is very poorly.

We honestly have not have the greatest experience while living in this community. The valet trash service is a horrible service to offer in such a hot climate. Our neighbors are constantly leaving multiple bags of trash outside their apartment that sits there for over half the day in 90 and up degree weather. There have been countless times when the trash has been opened up and you can smell old diapers and feminine sanitary products. The smell is sickening. I have complained over 4 times to management and see no change. The ground is also filthy and shows old trash stains all over. We refuse to invite friends and family over until lease is up and we can move. Its truly embarrassing to be paying this much with these disgusting conditions. Living at Park Place was a much more pleasant experience!
