Good afternoon,At the address of 14219 Candleshade-sr# 20140456, please refer to WWO inspector, area over sewer main line appears to be caving in in two parts of the customer's back yard, customer stated previous work was done on sewer main line and since then yard has began to sink in and is requesting areas to be filled in.Thanks,
Per Inspector comments via SR# 20129358- Please refer to Sewer Investigators. " Spoke with Ms. Marks who gave me permission to enter her backyard to further investigate the matter. Upon arrival there is a storm sewer manhole that sits at the furthest corner of the lot along the bayou. The area surrounding the manhole is completely saturated with what appears to be water. There is also an unfamiliar odor in the immediate area. An additional work order is necessary. Please refer to the appropriate
