Heavy trash in front yard.
Citizen stated the plumber dug up where the leak was located and shows the problem is where the connection from the house to the meter. He states he cannot take the connection net off because this is for the city of houston. Citizen stated the water is coming from the connection net. The plumber left the hold disposed but covered up with a board.
