We had our underground pipes replaced outside our home up to the city pipes. The contractor said the city pipes would need replacement. The city pipes have caused the water to back up on a few occasions. The trains are currently backed up and the water is very slow to drain. We want the pipes to be cleared and consider repair or replacement. Thanks.
