A great location in downtown Houston with a great management staff. Downtown can be noisy at night if your windows face the street, but the apartment building itself is quite at night. I feel very safe and secure living in downtown Houston at 1414 Texas.

great place to have an apartment and it is conveniently located in the heart of downtown. we enjoy walking to the stadium and to all the local restaurants. the security for the apartment is great. it is very easy to get in and out of with the key.

We have lived at 1414 Texas Downtown for a few years now, and I can honestly say the staff and maintenance team truly are WONDERFUL! The property is very well maintained, and the location is perfect! I love being able to walk to so many great restaurants, games, and concerts!

The building itself is well cared for—safe, clean, and secure—with a professional on-site staff that is quick to respond to questions or maintenance requests. My apartment feels modern and functional, with reliable appliances and good natural light. The amenities (gym, shared spaces, package handling, etc.) are convenient and well-kept, and I’ve found the community to be respectful and friendly. Parking is straightforward, and overall I feel value for the rent given the location and services. If you want a comfortable, convenient downtown living experience, 1414 Texas Downtown is a strong choice.

1414 Texas apts is a nice place to live so far. The people are friendly and it’s mostly quiet itself the outside vehicles. The Management team is doing a good job with hearing and understanding our concerns.

1414 Texas Downtown is in ideal location for all downtown sports. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and on top of everything. They are truly superstars!

This is an amazing property! The staff is friendly. The building is in great condition, hallways are clean and smell nice, units are very upscale and modern. Building is concrete/steel constructed…you don’t hear neighbors above!! I LOVE it here!

The faculty location is ideal for various entrainment venues including sports (soccer, basketball, baseball and short walk to MetroRail for rodeo and football), fine dining, live theater, and outdoor activities. It is clean and safe. And staff is nice, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
