Unapproved electronic locks on stairwell doors. 8-story building. Please route to Chris Badke in building department.
The 7th floor of the parking garage has accumulated furniture and assorted garbage that has been collected for over a month. Management is aware as they noted it as scheduled for removal, but no sure work has been completed. There are numerous other issues that I am sure I am not aware of and have photos of everything I listed here.
The pool has one operable light. Ownership was notified 1/17 and closed out the job 1/18. Nothing was done.

Stairway A, located on the northeast corner of the property has been without primary or emergency lighting. Building management has been made aware of the issue and made not good faith efforts to correct or repair these issues.
