PER INVESTIGATOR REFER TO OCCUPANCY:Dispatched for site visit. Observed the property14109 S. Post Oak is a commercial furniture store. The building in not being occupied as it is fire damaged building. The property located 14107 S. Post Oak Is being used to store the furniture and the furniture is being displayed on the parking lot. Project to be referred to Occupancy Dept. Task closed.

Per inspector refer to Occupancy:Inspector I46 dispatched for site visit. Upon arrival, Inspector I46 observed furniture store displaying furniture on the driveway. Inspector I46 met with a lady, and was provided the business owner. Inspector I46 called owner several time and left voice message. Inspector I46 inquired to the Certificate of Occupancy, and was unable to locate. Inspector I46 received call from owner and commented the business has CO and will produce the certificate.Inspector I46 p
