To whom it may concern, I am beyond frustrated with the assistance I receive from the city with respect to my sewer service. I live in a historic home in the Heights and the city side of my drainage still has clay pipe connections. I have lived in this home just over three years and am re-living a failure of these pipes for a second time. Each time I have had sewer backup into my house I hired a plumber only to learn that the problem is at the tie-in to the main city pipe. After multiple visits
Caller plumber states that stated that the clay pipe has a partial obstruction- either collapsed or obstructed.- city issue- please inspect further- Caller wants to speak to supervisor by phone.
