This multifamily residence located at 1408 Valentine has been under construction over the past year. On 2/15/19 a stop order was listed because the rear structure was torn down and built up new, however not to code. This has resulted in a mess of junk/lumber/debris collected on the curb and around the structure. More recently I have witnessed homeless in and out of it.
