13918 Kensington Place, Houston 77034. Lawn mowing company moved into house. Truck with trailer backs into driveway blocking the sidewalk and front of truck extends into street by 5 feet. This is a safety issue. Also, white car parks in front of the esplanade and this impedes traffic.
