his home has been vacant for years and seems to be used as a storage facility for the owners who live in another nearby subdivision.The fence is unstable and about to fall down, there are holes in the soffit/fascia along the back, the trim is falling off the front corner of the roof.Siding/trim is rotten in multiple areas, paint is faded and mildewed. They frequently store vehicles in the driveway that are not street legal.The yard is not kept up, and the neighbors are complaining of feral cats/

The person at 13810 has a refrigerator in the back yard with the doors still on it and other junk. There are kids right behind the house who could easily get in the yard and lock themselves in it.The owner comes now and then only to bring his trash and flooded out cars and the leaves. I'm hoping you can do something at 13810 Garden Creek Way in Clear Lake in the Northfork Subdivision.
