Water comes thru walls and ceiling every time it rains. Kitchen leaks has bucket and no action taken.
Water in the windows and from the roof when it rains because of holes in the roof and the AC unit, causing mold in the apartment, on the walls and the AC vents (SR#3624274).
Her A/C is cooling but is concerned that there might be mold in the vents. She states that the dishwasher has mold. If possible she is requesting a call from the health department because she states that management claims that they've addressed the problem when they haven't taken care of it & the case is being closed.
mold smell coming from ac unit. ac not working properly. there is sewage in the dishwasher and in the sink. deck of stairs is cracked and about to cave in. there is a leak in the ceiling and water comes through when it rains. ceiling is caving in. citizen has made several reports to city. mgmt is lying to city about what they are actually doing. citizen is requesting for city to please send someone out to take a look. please mcc.
