House at 1347 Hiller has been unoccupied for sometime now. Weeds are knee deep and there are broken window panes.
In December 2021, Aaron Hernandez HHD requested a new investigation at this residence after resident provided invoice from private plumber who found issue on city side. Per email below, PW started a new case and cleared service line. Resident continues to have drainage issues. PW recently cleared the line of tissue; however, private cleanout near city easement has stagnant water. Private cleanout near the house is clear. He has provided me plumbing documentation that explains there is an issue on the city main that is causing the service to stopped up.I have provided the pictures above.
