I had an amazing tour of Copper Springs! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and welcoming. Brookelyn made the experience even better, she was so knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. I left feeling informed and excited about the community. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Brookelyn!

I have lived at several apartment communities over the years and Copper Springs is by far the best. The staff is wonderful. They always greet me with a smile. It is convenient to shopping and easy 290/Beltway access. I highly recommend. Go see Sheila and she will show you around.

Its a nice place to live. I enjoy sitting on the balcony and walking around. Its very peaceful. The package delivery process is very good. The pool area is really nice. The gym is a nice size and always clean.

I haven’t really had any issues. You put a request in for maintenance they’re pretty much on it quickly. Still waiting on my ceiling to get fixed though every time it rains my ceiling leaks but I think they’re working on getting it fixed, fingers crossed before it rains again. The community is quiet and clean. The gates always work to my knowledge I’ve only been here since 4/11. Everyone in the office is very nice and welcoming and the process was easygoing. The pool is nice as well as the gym. Can’t really complain I’m happy I moved back.

I couldn’t have found a more perfect place for my family and I than cortland copper springs! Brookelyn is seriously so sweet and always goes above and beyond for her residents. Very convenient location to everything as well.

I absolutely love this property! It is so close to 290 and the beltway which creates easy access to and from work and my kids school it super close to the property! Wonderful staff is the key to my happiness as well!

Over all a decent community but over priced for the amenities provided. No real adherence to certain rules, specifically supervision of children in the pool area. Apartments are average and were clean upon move in.
