I was recently new to the area and ABJ was the company I relied on to help me find a nice place. They did just that. It has fresh paint and everything was fixed before I arrived or moved in. I have been pleased with everything so far.

THIS COMPANY IS A HOAX. THEY BAIT YOU IN AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT COMPLETING WORK NEEDING TO BE DONE ON THEIR PROPERTIES. WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK, THEY WILL TRY TO FIND EVERY REASON NOT TO RETURN IT TO NO MATTER HOW GOOD A TENANT YOU ARE. THEY ARE NO GOOD AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THE STAFF IS ALSO HORRIBLE AND VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH

Things used to get fixed, then for some reason the entire staff either quit or was fired but now you CANNOT get a call back, nothing gets fixed and the phone will RING AND RING AND RING. We have lived in our home for almost 3 years and used to talk about asking if we could buy it. THAT WILL NOT BE HAPPENING NOW... I don't know what brought the change on but now when you do get someone to answer the phone in the office they either barely speak english or you get Mr. Sawiski (the owner from what I am told) and he is extremely rude and could care less about your needs. I am looking into what options I have to file complaints against this company and try to recoup some of my costs to get the repairs done myself so that my home is is somewhere that I want to be. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No parking Bums sleeping in the laundry rooms Ceilings caving in and management wont do anything about it Old, crusty appliances ------ manager People always drinking outside and pissing everywhere Litter all over property Crack ...need I say more?
