Per wwo inspector, No sewer problem found upon arrival. Refer to a drinking water inspector. If you look at the map, customers sewer lines are not located in the front yard, but the sewer lines are located in the backyard. Customers water meter is full of water, and the ground is soak and wet behind and in front of the water meter.
