Team,I am writing to report 2 neighboring plots that are in a terrible state. One is a residence at 1401 Waugh street and the other is an empty plot on 1331 and 1327 W Bell St. Both locations are severely overgrown lots, with significant garbage including what seems to be old medical equipment, broken fencing etc. and during latest rain significant stagnant water. This has been the conditions for several months. Thanks for looking into it and keeping our city clean and beautiful
