since i have moved here i honestly only have on complaint. the racoons. outside of that i can't say that i havent had any issues since i been. everything has been good. maintenece ususally always fixing problem the same day

Always takes care of any concerns and is well maintained. The employees from the office to the maintenance people are friendly and know me by sight. Any regular services such as pest control or fire safety inspections are scheduled ahead of time so there is no inconvenience. Very nice place to live.

I have lived her for quite some time. I really do like it here. My neighbors are very nice. The landscape is well maintained. The outdoor lighting in the building where my apartment is located, could use a little bit more light. The amenities are accessible. I have a more than my fair share of issues with my apartment, but the maintenance people have always been prompt in fixing any issue that I have had. Overall, I would recommend this complex to my friends.

I've had good and bad experiences since I've been on the property. However, I'll still refer people to the property. As I stated before, I just wish somethings would be updated in my apartment. Master bathroom gets mold on the ceiling and wall, sinks are rusty in both bathrooms, cracks in walls, patio need gate need to be repaired because wood is rotting away. ETC

So far everything is ok... just have one issue with maintenance not fixing my back gate but other than that I feel I'm still new to the community and will need more time to evaluate the property. I don't have much to say other than the layout of my particular unit was not what I was expecting. The washer and dryer in the bedroom is definitely a bad idea. Overall it's not bad for the price, however I would have expected a different layout
