HELLO,THERE IS AN ACCUMULATION OF GARBAGE/DEBRIS BEHIND THE TENNIS COURTS OWNED BY CLEAR LAKE CITY RECREATION CENTER. THE REC CENTER IS ACROSS THE STREET AT 16511 DIANA AND IS A HOA OWNED BUILDING. THE DEBRIS IS BEHIND THE CHAIN LINK FENCES BETWEEN THE TENNIS COURTS AND NEIGHBOR'S WOODEN FENCE. THE DEBRIS APPEARS TO BE THE BELONGINGS OF A HOMELESS PERSON (SUITCASE, MATTRESS ETC).THE FACEBOOK GROUP OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH IS DISCUSSING THIS ISSUE.
