Someone has broken into the building after you all came out and boarded it up.
This property has been vacant, unsecured and is structurally dangerous & uninhabitable for 4 years. Today I received notice that there has been more crime activity on our street including gun case drop off and drug dealings. Police case# 1450514-19Our community has reached out to city in the past for assistance in enforcing cleanup and demolition of this property. I feel this is a major safety concern to the elementary school and community. Thank you

House is not secure. There is a massive bee hive, and bees have become aggressive. Rodents have taken up residence as well as a coyote. Yard is overgrown. And sketchy people who do not own the house have attempted to take up residence, although there is no electricity or running water. The smell of mold can detected at the houses surrounding the property.
