warehouse built behind the property. drainage is also being affected. trash is dumped into the ditch.
resident at this locating if building warehouses inside in the back part of the property with out permit . on top of a foundation he did that cause the property to lift he is also filling the property with dirty making it rise up. . build a deck without permits also. blocked any view from the street. and no one is able to get in without their authorization but neighbor at 13117 is willing to allow COH to peak over from his property.
