PLEASE READI would appreciate the city and code enforcement's help in investigating a drainage violation. My property at 1310 N. Wayside Dr. Houston, TX 77020 borders a vacant lot owned by CenterPoint (HCAD #: 0401900020086). After it rains, water pools and stands at the fence line and both sides of the fence for days, causing a bad smell, algae, and bugs. The standing water has contributed to a fast deterioration of our fence. CenterPoint's side is elevated and causes more of the water to flow
