Sat 8/26 observed forms set up for ANOTHER concrete pad in front yard. Add on to house? Addl Parking? Patio? This yard already has several pads poured for parking where they drive over curb and sidewalk to park in yard. They should be entering from Oriole St to park. Unknown what this new pad will be used for -or if it meets deed restriction of being set back 25'. 2nd issue is all of the vehicles being parked in front yard create blockage of view of oncoming cars on Ahrens St.
