The building is a small garage apartment that is falling apart and is infested with raccoons. The building is next to my wooden fence and the raccoons get out at night and go in to my property. The building is not occupied and has apt of structural damage and water pipes being exposed. I canÆt have my toddler son outside without having to worry if a raccoon may attack him.
