I am currently following up at this single family residence where the cleanout located at the back right corner of the house is actively overflowing. I spoke with the resident, Mr. Jerry Garcia, who informed me that they do not have any water running in the house at this time. I had requested assistance due to the line backing up shortly after the last jetting on 2/22/2024, but no updates were found on INFOR.
