5 months been dealing with this the manager refuse to give me a owners number now she retaliating against me I would like to speak to someone above her we got issues all the time sometimes we don’t even have hot water for weeks and power outage all the time for several hours

I have lived at this property for three months and from the first day me and my wife moved in I notified the manager of the problem with the carpet that should have been addressed before we moved in instead of just shampooing over the chewing gum and black marks. I asked the manager to come to the apartment to see it for herself, she refused. Me and my wife have been lied to over and over by the property management.

Omg I wish I could say something positive spout this complex but I don't!!!!super horrible so dirty the ac does not work fine I saw two giant rats on my porch I didn't want to write all this I only had four words that was,!!!IM CALLING THE CITY!!!!!

Since Forest Pointe was sold, the amount of trash that isn't picked up by the porters has doubled. The yard care company that was picked is doing a VERY poor job. They cut and leave the grass where is goes. The bushes has grown 10 feet tall. The property looks really, really bad.

I am in my 6 months lease withv6 months left to go, I have never had a bug problem but I have seen. People move in and out in adjacent units next to mines and i found two bed bugs I think in a whole in my wall told the office and she claims I brought them in. I have no beds no wood furnishings I sleep on an air mattress. I go to work and come home. So how would I have them bugs. They say they will have pest control inspect and if I'm infested they will treat but bill me. That's not right to bill me and assume I brought the bugs in. They need to look at all the units i have a neighbor next 4 units over said she to has bugs. Bugs dnt travel person to person like they say. They travel on luggage places where they can hide and when people move in and out they spread like roaches through pipes wiring wall to the next unit. I will be moving once my lease is up if not sooner plus they towed my car. As many people who dnt have a parking tag permit they dnt get towed.

I moved here for the price thinking I would save money but so far I've found that the complex just isn't cracked up to what it seemed to be. The first day an adult spit on my 12 year old whole we were moving because I didn't open the exit gate for then to enter the complex. I informed management ( they never answered my message left about the incident) management was basically unconcerned and told me to call the police. They continued to state that courtesy officers couldn't be contacted ( I've never seen one) on top of this they water is extremely high. I currently live here but will be moving as soon as my lease is up!

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! The manager doesn't care about all the crime going on! There have been 2 kick doors (when they break into your apt.) 2 robberies at gun point!! And numerous car break ins! ALL WITHIN 3 months of living here! Not to mention the murder that took place the other day! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY OR YOUR FAMILIES!! ALL THEY WANT IS RENT MONEY!! AND IF YOU DIE WHILE TAKING IT TO THE OFFICE, LETS HOPE YOU DECIDED TO WALK IN A GROUP SO YOU CAN HAVE SOME HELP!!

If you care about where you live, this is not the place.The pproperty is always full of litter, trash. It is over ran with drug dealers, and you can't walk through with seeing someone doing drugs. The office will say all the right things to vet you in, then they don't care. Beware!!!!

I live here now, and have for five years. I stay because I'm on a fixex income. It shouldn't matter if it's low rent, management shold care about their renters, especially the ones that gives them no problems. The office staff is rude and incompetent, from the owner down. Their only concern is collecting rent. Maintenance is a joke!! As soon as I'm able, I will be moving. They let any and everyone move in, then here comes all the riff raff that's not even on the lease, There is open drug selling and using out in public. We have security, but now he's speaded out between three different properties. We have police officers, but you never see them. It's ridiculous that good people pay their money, and get trayed so bad, because some can't do their job. DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT WHERE YOU LIVE!!!!

Forest Point Apt,s are worth every penny you pay for rent. The rent is the cheepest I have ever seen. If you wnat to live in a cheep apt. be prepaired to get what yu pay for. The maintance men look as if they would steal soda out a biscut, and the leaseing agents, look like drug addicts and their service is worse. My A/C has been broken 4 times in less then a year and I have had 3 leaks in my APT. which left stains and I am still waiting for these stains to be painted. The toliet is always stomped up, the water is off every other week and the water is undrinkable. I would not recomende these apt to my worst enemy, and I can not wait until my lease is over. I am greatful the rent is so cheep, I have two apt and FOREST POINT is not the one I live in I just pay the rent there to keep my cridet good. I hate these apts.!!! DO not make the same mistake I made by moveong here.
