bedbugs were located in APT 812 and treated with a spray but were not treated with heat. citizen in 810 is concerned they may have them now
between water tower and apt complex , on the sidewalk
Citizen states the complex is not being kept up. States mold on the side of the buildings, trash on the ground, structural damages.
