This isby dar the woratvapartments ever the staff is horrible especiall Tara and Erica they have bad attitudes and think they can talk to tenants any kind of way they are bad at cleaning the apartments its always trash outside the apartments kids running all throughout the complex kids fighting and cursing right outside your door and to top it off they have real bad roaches and all they can all say is maybe it is the neighbors apartments they have a carpet cleaning company that sucks the carpet is still dirty my refrigerator have been leaking and maintenance has not fixed it my porch light has been out for a week and they told me to replace the bulb im glad my lease is up in 3 months im getting thw hell away from them thwy want to send notices to your apartment to renew your lease but they cant fix nothing I advise anyone that is moving to not move here they are horrible but if you want cheap and are willing to fix all your problems yourself then I suggest these for you they lie about everything they always lose the money orders and can find them once you say your are going to call the police thats bs and the only reason while im still after all these problems is because becauseI dont want to break my lease

Bristol apartments was fine till they hired the new management Erika she is rude and always have attitude I wouldn't recommend nobody to move in those apartments they management is horrible

Great place to live office staff are nice and maintenance always on there job mostly everyone works I feel safe

I do not recommend this apartments. Neighbors are noisy, people doesn't pick up after taking pets out, staff is unprofessional, When putting an order of something to be fix it takes about 2 months to get answer, when asked for manager she is not there or always busy. Apartments are ok but everything else sucks.

The apartment building looks fine and the management is below average the environment is absolute ------, filthy and unsafe. First day of our in Apartment, we had to deal with roaches and still dealing with them. when you see people walking and standing all day and night, you know something is not right. police Patrols all night. This place is not for sober and well living people.

I have been living here since the summer and it has been a great place to live. now, there are alot of kids but it is and apartment complex and its made for families. I hear people complain to the office about the kids but at the end of the day its up to the parents of these kids to take responablity for their children's actions not the office people. i have had a few maintenance request take a few days to get completed but it was because i left the dead bolt on and they could not enter my apt. The staff has always been friendly. Honestly, one of the reasons i rented here was because of that sexy fine as man in the office. Mr. Andre. DAMN!!! But other than being fine he is professional and gave me 5 pages of agencies that help with rent when i got behind, Thersa was friendly and helped alot when i was first filling out the paper work, and Susan always greets you with a smile and cares about her staff, the property, and the residents alot. You will always see them out on property making sure everything is going good with the property and everyone in it. Hands down it is the best place in the Greenspoint area to live.

At the first when I first walked in the office staff was very nice they have welcomed me and they seem very polite and after the 4th month I had regreted on signing that lease :(... I had alot of ants in my bathroom (toilet, tub and my garage) and instead of coming home and relaxed from a long day at work I had to come home and wash my restroom so my 3yr old wont get bitten. I went to the office and to put in a request and they said they were going to exterminate my apt it NEVER HAPPENd cause I still had those filthy ants. So I end up going to Home Depot and purchased 40.00 worth of chemicals and the ants were still there I went to the office and spoke to Andre the manager Susan Sternberg and they seemed like they didnt care. Like around July 2011 somebody broke into my neighbors car all they stold was some pennies that he had there loose then, in my other neighbors they broke into his apt and he also caught some ------ ppl in acttion *smh*... Parents dont watch out for the kids I wish CPS came at that time when there 2yrs are running around without supervision. Ppl selling there drugs like if its nothing just yesterday 10/03/11 when I was getting back from work I had my daughter some teenagers were sitting by my garage and preparing there money and there drugs... You'll find dirty underwares laying in parking lot and condoms too...Ohhh but coming the 1st fo every month that big ***** is ready to pick up rent... Ughhhh I cant wait to move out on Nov 2011 I need to get my daughter away from this filthy place... Dont let looks fool you this it a nightmare!!!!

I moved to the complex in 2007, I wrote the first review.. I was extremely pleased with the complex, and all that changed after a year. Management has changed 5 times since I ve lived on the property. I plan to move in March. Every morning I pick up trash around the dumpsters to make the property look half way decent. The children are horrible; they stay out all times of the night without supervision. My Aunt came to visit me from Dallas and we caught someone breaking into her car. I really feel unsafe for that matter. I know none of my neighbors and I plan to keep it that way. There are a lot of people from New Orleans in this property. I love my apartment but I m ashamed to have company because it s so damn ------. Hence, keep driving it s not worth it, unless you love being in the hood.

I have been live here for almost a year the apartment itself is not bad but the neighbor are something else. What people hear as gun shot is actually fire cracker going off in at all time of the night. I watch my brainless nieghbor do this repeatedly, until my husband call the police on them for desriving the peace. They still do it but not as often. The neighbor that stay upstair throw beer party leaving all kinds of food and empty beer bottles in front my porch. I gave two days to see if they will pick it without me saying anything (the maintenance guys did not clean it up)they did nothing. Fnally Itell them to clean because it started to attack ants and flies. I was so glad to see one of my neighor move because they had a little that would go around to the light boxs on the side of the apartment and turn them off(the boxes are closed properly). I knock on his parents door and his parents was gone. I know that I was knocking the right door because the little boy tried to big stick in the door of my car before and got on him. i call the office and they call the police on the parents less then month they was gone. I have one good neighbors they recently got a dog that bark at anything that move
