the apartment complex cut the electricity. this is not the first time they have done it. he is aware that he is delay with this month rents but he has 2 toddlers that are suffering with the hot temperatures.
Not hot water in unit//citizen states for the last 7 months she has had water for about 2 day out of every week.
front entrance of unit does not have light, water leak in bedroom, patio has a leak, sink faucet is not adequate adjusted for the correct type of water that comes out, shower head is broken, and mail boxes do not work, residents have to look for their mail in a scattered pile of mail for their own mail.
