SEWER BACKING UP AND OVERFLOWING OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT OF THE COMPLEX
No AC for weeks (causing rat/roach infestations) management wonÆt fix, was moved into another apt with worse conditions.
CALLER STATED SHE REPORTED ISSUES WITH AC UNIT LAST THRUSDAY, 6/17/21. MAINTENECE DID COME IN AND CHANGED FILTER AND PUT ANTIFREEZE IN IT BUT IT STILL WASN'T COOLING LIKE IT SHOULD. THE AC UNIT WENT OUT COMPLETELY ON FRIDAY, 6/18/21 AND WASN'T ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH MAINTENECE. TODAY, 6/21/21 WAS ABLE TO TALK TO MANAGEMENT OFFICE AND THEY PUT IN ANOTHER ORDER AND WASN'T SURE IF SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO GET SERVICE TODAY. AS OF NOW HER AC IS STILL OFF. CALLER IS ON DIALYSIS AND IT IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE
APT COMPLEX HAVE NOT CUT THEIR AREA .HIGH WEEDS, HIGH GRASS. AND ALOT OF MOSQUITOES,SNAKES
apt complex have not cut their area .high weeds, high grass. and alot of mosquitoes,snakes

water leak from upstairs unit is now flooding her unit. Citizens apartment also has hole in ceiling that was never patched up/repaired properly bugs coming into the unit.

Caller's front door lock does not work, and her windows are broken since they have bullet holes, has already spoke with the apartment management about the issue and it has not bee addressed.
citizen daughter is calling behalf on her mom, which the daugher stay in the same apt complex, dauthger stated her mom have tried to get a new refrigerator for the pass two weeks now.Please contact the citizen (mom)346 325 5444, and the management is never in the office, they always close early, they are not fixing anything in the units
