Stated she reported to the management office on june 11th that the A/C is not working and they do not want to fix it. stated she and her husband had to go buy fans to help a little in the unit since there are minors in the unit living as well. Also stated the sheetrock in the bedroom was replaced due to it almost falling on them but that the ceiling fan that was prior on there was never replaced as well for the unit.

THERE IS A DRAINAGE THAT IS OVER FLOWING

citizen stating that water is leaking in from her ceiling and the water is mixing in with her ceiling fan. afraid of causing an electrical fire she advised that there is a weird smell as well.

Water feels greasy and has a bleach smell. As well as sewer overflow, A/C also releasing a weird smoke smell. Minors in apartment.

Building 20 is backed up and the drainage in that same building is overflowing as well

Caller states she moved in Feb 15 and insists that there is mold in the apartment--she states she feels ill and gets dizzy. Please have someone make customer contact-- Spanish speaker.
