I wanted to know where can I complain about how poorly the apt Willow Ridge Apt. have been handling some situations with my apt. 2 Years when the tropical storm Hit Houston . Caller states its been 8+ days since her sewage backed up inside bathroom and her closet soaking carpet. Management has refused to send maintenance to either clean or change carpet because of virus.
