I love Ashford point apartments overall I been here over a month,maintenance is outstanding they get the job done the same day. No cockroaches, the neighborhood is pretty quiet. The neighbors minds their own business,the only downside is those darn potholes,unfortunately I live in front of the biggest one so the cars passing by make loud noise. But overall I like it so far.the staff is awesome

Ashford court apartment is a very nice apartment to live. I have lived to this apartment and I never had an issues since 2010, I moved with my cousin since 2010 and I really like their staffs and their mangers. If you have any problem that you need to fix or replace, they will make sure that problem was done. The general manger,Belinda,Liz,unique,Wendy, and the other new staffs are very nice. All the employees are very nice. They treat their residents like their own people. They do not discriminate when it comes to service. The love I had with this apt made me, i could not move in to another apt. I wishing to have this apt again.

To Liz (manager of Ashford Court Apt.) Thanks to the office staff, maintenance staff and security staff. It makes a difference in the area when you have kindness, courtesy and responsiveness that i get from you all. I would like to really compliment your maintenance staff. These guys work hard at keeping the area clean and is always doing what tenants make it messy. The crew is my eyes are excellent! Thanks to all of you and keep up the good work. E. Hines p.s. I can't believe I was robbed in a broad daylight. Though it was a forced entry I can't imagine these guys asking me to pay for the remaining term of my contract. I just left a home where I pay no bills to this apartment cos I wanted my privacy and in two months this happens. The security personnel comes in by ----- and leaves by ------- and of what use is that to the occupants and when I brought up the issue I was told the security is here to take care of the property and not the occupants. The cops came here and after my report I couldnt believe what he told me bout this place, I have drug dealers and messy people leaving around me in same apt. I ll just let the long story be and stop here.

Not going to make this a long post but, I lived here for a year and never had any problems. No issues with my neighbors or any issues with crimes. It was fairly quiet in the section I lived in. Management was very helpful and nice despite what other reviews may have stated. Liz, Unique and the staff were always friendly. It was my first apartment ever and was quite plesant. I'll recommed it.
