The complex is nice and clean. Inside the units are nice and new. The neighborhood is not loud, Security drives around at night which provides comfort. Staff is nice. My concerns about the unit are just ignored.

I love my apartments. Not the parking sometimes. Also people have 3 or 4 cars and trucks and i wish would could pay for assigned parking. I love the layout of the apartment. My upstairs numbers can be loud but when I tell management they do reach out and let them know.

The rent for the previous tenant continues to increase. Loud music on weekends, gunshots, and car break-ins are issues. Additionally, there is no code for the gate, making delivery difficult.overall I like my apartment

Excelente hogar para convivir en familia, muy seguros para los niños. Los autos están en muy buen resguardo, además de la excelente atención en la oficina con los residentes. Las ordenes de trabajo que resuelven en un tiempo esepcional, además que nos explican el problema y las soluciones.

I am very satisfied with the Willow Plaza apartment from the office and maintenance staff and their areas It is a property that cares about its customers. I have no concerns about lack of security or maintenance. Everyone is doing an excellent job

I’ve had an amazing experience living here! The staff is friendly, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the grounds are always clean and well-kept. The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and parks. My apartment is quiet, spacious, and modern, with plenty of natural light. I truly feel safe and at home here, and I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

Initially it was good, then electricity problems with little to no resolution for weeks. Gate constantly broke, nasty neighbors with trash disposal. Delayed communication regarding pool. Rent too high for small space.

Yo en lo personal ya estoy cumpliendo un contrato con willoow plaza y estoy por renovar de nuevo porque es un exelente lugar si quieres tranquilidad este es el lugar indicado la manager y su equipo de trabajo exelentes muy amables

Management did not take responsibility of problems that one building was having with power issues. They send out notices on the day of planned activities within a few hours of starting. When sending out notices to the tenants they don’t tell what has happened, the correct time and date. The security sits in their car all night instead of walking the property. The trash dumpsters are always overflowing and have trash on the ground where you can’t get to the dumpster. Also there are stray animals running around the property,

Women naked in the pool, LOUD MUSIC on a SUNDAY!!! Imagine Sunday being your only day off and the music being so loud , in the pool, & parking lot , you can’t even rest on your day off, this place is trashy & getto !
