I have reported this twice and the city has cleared it saying there was not a heavy trash violation.It has been going on for almost a year.They keep the trash cans in public view right in front of the garage doors. I never reported heavy trash but trash cans in front of the house.Hopefully this report will be logged correctly.

leak/ made at the insistence of caller and supvr Berrones/ Citizen states leak on COH Side/ Went out 3 times same result and he has a Non certified plumber who says it's on COH side.
