HHD - Amit Chandra 832-840-6680, I am currently conducting an inspection at this location and I observed an active SSO from Manhole # NB106013. There was a blockage at this location recently on 10/23/2023. I am requesting for stoppage to be sent out to assess this situation and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

bed bugs and roaches are infesting the complex , Unit #1907
complaint that the ceiling is falling apart and there was a piece of ceiling that fell and hit the little girl and scratched her face. this is a dangerous building and the apartment has yet to do anything to repair it or to do anything about the injury to the little girl. when citizen called the office there was no answer and no one was in office either when they went in person.
There's big hole on the ground, we believe there's a leak somewhere in the street.
