IN THE CHILDREN BEDROOM PIPE BROKE ON 2/18/21, AND WHEN SHE HAD GONE TO MANAGEMENT ABOUT THE ISSUE, SHE WAS TOLD THAT THERE ARE OTHER APARTMENTS LIKE HERS, THEY SENT OVER MAINTENENCE AND WAS TOLD THAT HER APARTMENT WOULD BE ONE OF THE FIRST TO BE REPAIRED. MANAGEMENT WANTED HER TO TAKE UP THE CARPET HERSELF AND SHE COULDN'T DO IT. THEY NEVER CAME TO GET UP THE WATER.
