I have enjoyed the ease with the staff and maintenance. The complex is well maintained and I do feel safe. Living in an apartment you have the expected issues of complex rules offender, but it's usually manageable. The only gripe I have, the ridiculous monthly fees for something I will never use.

San Paloma Apts. is a beautiful people-friendly property in the Energy Corridor with excellent responsive management, well maintained apartments and grounds, great amenities, on -property Security and a variety of friendly residents, to include many Energy Corridor professionals.

Its a great community, front office staff and maintenance staff are very kind and responsive! The swimming pool looks a hotel style pool with a gym. There is free sheltered parking for all residents, and valet trash makes life easy. The online portal is convenient to make payments and put in maintenance requests. The apartment interiors are completely remodeled which makes it nice to live in.

Overall I think I get what I paid, the apartment is safe, quite and most people are friendly. The floor plan is really good and fit for me perfectly. The only thing that need to be improved is the trash cleaning, used to be very good, but it’s getting worse and worse in the past 1 year. Also it will be great if a covered area can be defined for bike parking.

Everything is perfect except for the parking issue. I think the management team need to hire a towing company to tow the vehicles of visitors that park over night in the residents spots. Other then that, I don't have any issue.

Was excited to apply until had to jump through hoops to prove I made three times the rent to still be denied because “I did not prove” I was a business owner, which wasn’t a requirement. And of course I showed multiple documents showing I in fact was and was ignored. Not to mention they are trying to scam me out of a application and administrative fee saying it is non refundable but thankfully I have proof in writing on there behalf that that is not true!! Jazmyn was the best part of this property very nice and helpful

Our dish washer was having issues. Maintenance replaced several things on it but we couldn’t get it to dry. Finally, they decided to replace it altogether and we have a perfectly working dish washer now. We are super grateful because we use our dish washer every day to sanitize our baby’s bottles!!

San Paloma is a beautiful community, good environment and nice staffs here! Sometimes they host some activities for the residents and bring fun, they work hard to improve the living environment for us! You will love it once you have the experience here!

I would recommend this location as it is close to a lot of businesses and schools. We love that there is a trial for our door activities. Property is clean and well kept. Recently there was some groundwork done and clean up was not so good as we are tracking mud in the house.

Before Jasmine came into the office everything was fine Ashley was great but this new girl is rude and disrespectful like she's on her damn period everyday she cuts you off when u talk and she hangs up the phone in your face!!!
