Light Trespass Complaint. My address is 12526 Stafford Springs Drive, Houston, TX 77077. I would like to report a complaint regarding 2 floodlights that are installed at the top back of a building which point directly into my backyard. These flood lights point/shine directly into the backyard and into all windows which face the backyard (including bedrooms). These lights are Extremely bright and are left on all night long. I would like to request that these lights are moved below the 10ft fence
