I lived at 12659 Ashford meadow drive. All of these buildings are privately owned. Have to pay to park there. Do not move here. Extremely dangerous place to live. Very crime ridden. Many shootings, assaults, a murder, and an attempted murder. Many of the neighbors are dealers and my car was shot up in a drive by. And the units are old pieces of crap. My roof caved in and the landlord RG was a real jerk. An unfeeling and lying prick. Couldn't do anything without his mother around. His maintenance guy was nice but work was kind of shoddy. Roof caved in. Again....do not move here. This was the worse place I have ever lived. Miserable and ------ and loud.

Very Nice place, Clean and easy access to everything. Ample Parking and Lights in the night. HPD regularly visit here. Some folks trying to rate it really bad, where as it is not. Remodeled nice apartments with reasonable price.

They get new managers every two months who come in and do what they want. They have you sign leases under false pretenses. The maintenance men NEVER came around to replace anything! The new managers are so petty. There isn't adequate parking however the managers painted fire lines taking away about 10 parking spots from residents who pay rent, in attempt to secure a parking space for herself and when that didn't work she painted a sign that allowed for only her family to park in a specific spot. While everyone else has to park a mile away from their own house. They allow thugs and gang members to occupy properties. They had the AUDACITY to hire night security and enforce a 9 o clock curfew in the summer. THERE IS NO VISITOR PARKING, AT ANY TIME. So you can say goodbye to a social life. The only thing you can look forward to from this crappy apartment complex is drama, mess, ------ managers and rabid cats everywhere!. They should really be sued! They will make it seem like this is a nice apartment complex but once you sign a lease and move in its Jekal and Hyde. They don't clean out the apartments good before new tenants move in, I know this because I've had about 4 neighbors and one left because of roaches! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO MY WORSE ENEMY! I take that back yes I do! They deserve this place ! If I could give this place a ZERO I would!

By far a shotty place. The neighbors across the parking lot are constantly loud, rude and obnoxious. There is a fight outside every other day and night. Pretty sure they are using and selling drugs. It's quiet once in the blue moon. Police have shown up a couple of times but it never makes a difference. They are back at arguing and fighting again. The windows are so thin and the neighbors across the parking lot are so loud you don't get any sleep. The walls are so thin you hear traffic going by along with your neighbors. Not good place at all. They are individually owned but they have a management company over them that looses your personal information. They hire tow trucks to tow people when parking is not assigned and there are no gated entrances. The only "visitors parking" is in front of the small yard and it's usually taken up by residents. The landlord for this building will screw you over. He only takes money orders and you have to mail it to him. He claims he never gets the rent because it never came in the mail when you send it a week before the 1st. He tries to ruin your rental history by saying you never paid him rent. There are a lot of small kids around here but people constantly race and skid off up and down the street. Don't let the price fool you cause you'll end hating and wishing you never moved here. The rules from the management is ridiculous they allow pets but there are at least 2 dogs per apt. They don't allow BBQ anywhere and no furniture allowed on the patio. Thats dumb what's the point of having a patio when you can't have furniture on it?

I am about to break my lease. These apartments are privately owned and the landlord I rent from must be a crackhead himself. He don't fix nothing and some of our neighbors are ----ed up. Street is ok when loud idiots arent driving by. only move here if you find a good landlord. In others words...DON'T DO IT!!!!

I'm by no means racist, but I'll tell you that the icing on the cake of this place was when the east indian (or pakistani, I can't tell) told me "We don't have to finish the apartment until you pay your first month of rent. Since you got one month free on the pro rate, we do not have to fix it until you pay next month"<br><br>We moved in, and it wasn't the STENCH of mold, the fact that the walls were full of holes and wires, or even that the carpet wasn't ATTACHED to the floor. It was that the walls, cieling, floor and counters MOVED when we opened the door. Or at least we THOUGHT they moved. Turns out it was just massively overrun with roaches.<br><br>But I'll give them this... they did do pest control. IN ONE ROOM!<br><br>We opened the master bedroom closet, and you could SEE mold coming through the wall. The smell caused my pregnant wife to throw up.<br><br>The garbage disposal, after being used once with a little bit of cream of wheat, clogged because it was broken when we moved in. Long story short, the fetid odor of rotting meat and stagnant water haunted the apartment for almost two weeks before they sent maintenance to fix it. It had backed up into both sinks, rendering them impossible to use, AND the dishwasher, which is now stained black.<br><br>Best part was, when informed about the mold on the walls, the stupid ----- in the office said "We aren't responsible for removing mold. You have to pay to have that done." <br><br>--------!<br><br>But here's the cool part... I'm bracing to file a class action lawsuit, and anyone out there that wants to join in because they're getting ----ed or have been done that way in the past, just shoot me an email, and I'll let you know the specifics and keep you informed on when it's filed.<br><br>[email protected]<br><br>two months later, they still hadn't done anything
