CALLER STATED WIRING ON THE STOVE IS FAULTY. STOVE HAS GONE UP IN FLAMES FOR THE 3RD TIME. CALL MAINTENENCE AND THEY CAME TO FIX THE STOVE AND THE ONLY THING HE DID WAS PUT MORE BLACK ELECTRICAL TAPE OVER THE WIRING. SHE IS UPSET AND AFRAID THE ISSUE WILL HAPPEN AGAIN AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT THE STOVE.
Rats coming in from the kitchen to the dining room and the bedrooms. Resident is pregnant and has a small child. Gave her a letter saying that she has to live in the condition because she is behind on rent. Please make contact with the resident. She has been dealing with this since last year February.
